Meet Christina Huff, our Broker Associate.

If you've ever worked with C7 behind the scenes, chances are Christina has played a part in making sure everything runs smoothly.

As a mom, Nona (grandma), and trusted partner in running our office, Christina wears many hats. She helps keep our agents on track, reviews files, answers questions, and makes sure we're all staying compliant and doing things the right way.

And while she may be known for rejecting a file or two, we promise it's never personal! 😉 Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence help protect our agents and clients alike, and we're grateful for the high standards she brings to everything she does.

Christina doesn't seek the spotlight, but her impact is felt every day. She has a remarkable ability to notice when someone needs help. Whether she's helping an agent solve a problem, offering support behind the scenes, or simply showing up for others when they need it most, she does it with humility, kindness, and genuine care.

Meet Barbara Sander, our Managing Broker.

With more than 50 years of real estate experience, Barb brings a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and steady leadership to our team. She has been our broker since day one, helping guide C7 with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to both our agents and the clients they serve.

But if you know Barb, you know it's not just her experience that makes her special.

She's quick-witted, endlessly entertaining, and has a way of delivering one-liners that will leave you laughing until your sides hurt. Whether she's sharing a story, offering advice, or making a room burst into laughter, Barb brings fun everywhere she goes.

Outside of real estate, Barb loves spending time with her family and friends. From traveling and adventures to simply enjoying time together, she embraces life with enthusiasm and a heart for people.
