The World Food Movement (WFM) was launched in the U.S., aiming to address hunger and food insecurity among students and communities nationwide. An inauguration was held on 28 Sept at the Victoria Theatre, NJPAC in Newark.
Sri Chanchalapathi Dasa, the Vice Chairman of the World Food Movement, shared at the event about the aim and vision of the World Food Movement, which aims to benefit students by enabling them to progress academically and live a life of dignity and purpose.

Assemblyman Stanley Sterling presented a joint legislative resolution from the State of New Jersey to the World Food Movement. The resolution honors the organization for its steadfast efforts in battling hunger and commends its commitment to serving the community.
