Over the last 10 years baking has inspired me in many ways and has made me question and introspect deeply on the beautiful art and science of baking. What started as an experimental project with my dear husband and friends being my guinea pigs, has now grown to a complete obsession. Yes, you could say I’m Addicted! As much baking requires one to follow the recipes to the T, it also gives one the liberty to express oneself and establish a personal footprint in churning out gastronomic delights.
