The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial and retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has arranged an 11,214-square-foot office lease at 517 Route 1 in Woodbridge, New Jersey, a 146,600-square-foot office property, on behalf of Lincoln Electric Products Inc.
