Sort freight accurately to correct store numbers by using the label
Sort out damaged freight as necessary
Build one pallet at a time until the pallet is full, then drop a front pallet and begin building that pallet
At the end of each shift, the WPO checklist must be completed by sweeping and picking up trash from the designated area
1st. Shift - $12.50 per/hr - Monday-Friday (Friday till done) 6 am to 2:30 pm
2nd. Shift - $13.00 per/hr - Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm to 11 pm and Saturday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Salary: $11.50 to $17.25 /hour

Position Description and Qualifications

Unloading freight onto flex conveyor with labels facing up when possible
Move flex conveyor along as the freight amount shrinks
Once 10% of freight is left 1 of the 2 lumpers is to go ready the next truck by opening door and pulling flex conveyor into position
Once remaining 10% of freight is finished 1 or 2 lumpers start next truck while 2 of 2 pushes flex conveyor out of the finished truck and into position for next truck

The Branch Manager will lead an office team of recruiters, business development and staffing managers, and is responsible for mentoring and managing a successful staff. The Branch Manager is responsible for the new business development through prospecting and account management of existing accounts, either through personal production or through the sales team of business development managers, staffing managers and recruiters. The successful Branch Manager is a highly motivated individual with proven success as a sales leader and is someone who inspires her/his team to grow revenue, market share and profit.

College degree preferred

* Requires 5 years of experience in staffing, including sales and territory management.

* Leads and manages a sales team toward accomplishing results including revenue growth, increasing and maintaining high gross margins and expanding the client base.

* Oversees the day-to-day operations in the branch office, ensuring that the highest level of service, sales and professionalism are offered to clients and team members.

* Develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

* Sells staffing to potential clients. Upsells to current clients to gain additional market share.

* Identifies candidates via job posting responses, reverse resume searches, internet searches, walk-ins, job fairs, and networking events for Chartwell Staffing Solutions staff. Always ensuring client orders are being filled in a timely fashion.

* Gathers competitor information to gain market intelligence.

* Manages applicant process and client follow up.

* Maintains contact with major clients and prospects to maximize sales and client satisfaction.

* Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Chartwell Staffing Solutions staff, Business Development Managers and Recruiters.

* Assists Business Development Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.

* Monitors and controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.

* Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the branch.

* Responsible for personal sales production as well as the performance and development of the Staffing Consultants.

* Ensures Chartwell Staffing Solutions staff are meeting and exceeding performance standards. Ensures that Chartwell Staffing Solutions credit policies are being followed. (Will not allow staff to work on new business prior to In Credit/contract approval).

* Ensures that all Chartwell Staffing Solutions staff are exercising sound financial judgement and managing accounts receivable.
