Rasoi is an Indian word. Rasoi means kitchen. Food here in my rasoi is totally GFCF, no Gluten no Ca Food here in my rasoi is totally GFCF, no Gluten no Casein.
This page is created basically for indian food, which doesn't have gluten and casein. Our indian food includes roti, chapati, parantha, poori and kachodi, which is made of wheat. And wheat contains gluten. Most of indian sweets are made of milk and dairy products. Milk contains casein. This page is created for ideas and suggestions for the people who eat mainly indian food and how they can still take taste of indian food by changing their normal diet to GFCF diet.
