MIDDLESEX COUNTY OFFERS FREE HIV TESTING AND HEALTH SCREENINGS

In recognition of Pride Month and National HIV Testing Day, the Middlesex County Office of Health Services will provide residents with FREE sexual health testing and screenings on Monday, June 29, from 9 am to 12 pm at the Middlesex County Public Health Center.

The following services will be offered:
- Rapid and confidential HIV testing
- Confidential sexual health screenings
- Cancer screenings and preventative vaccines (if qualified)

ACI is g*thering information from people with disabilities, family members, caregivers, and professionals regarding accessibility barriers encountered when using websites, mobile applications, online forms, and other digital services.

As more services move online, digital accessibility has become essential to independence. Many people rely on websites and mobile apps to access transportation, healthcare, employment, education, government services, utilities, banking, and community resources.

The information collected through this survey will help us:

- Identify common accessibility barriers.
- Better understand how inaccessible technology impacts independence.
- Educate policymakers, service providers, and technology developers.
- Support efforts to improve digital accessibility throughout New Jersey.

Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question you do not wish to answer. Personal information will not be shared without your permission.

Why are we collecting this information?

ACI is exploring digital accessibility issues affecting New Jersey residents with disabilities. Survey responses may be used in reports, advocacy efforts, presentations, educational materials, and discussions with policymakers, government agencies, and service providers. Individual names and identifying information will not be shared without permission.

Are you a person with a disability, family member, caregiver, service provider, or resident of Middlesex County concerned about emergency preparedness, disasters, and recovery?

Disasters can happen at any time. The Middlesex County CAG provides an opportunity to work alongside emergency managers and community stakeholders to improve how emergency services are planned and delivered for people with disabilities and others with access and functional needs.
