So what should we do a little different for Diwali and to welcome our little Pari?
And here come the little individual packs. They are a little sweeter than our special yummy rabdi prashad (which is loved because of less sweet). Individually packed in tiny heart cans, the 3 shown are Plain Yummy Rabdi, Rasgulla Rabdi and Gulab Jamun Rabdi. These can be eaten at room temperature, cold, or as kulfi. Yummy Yummy.

Where is the Master Chef? Why have we not heard from him for so long?
Master chef is well. And while there has been no marketing done, he is always prepared to fulfill any orders.
Our own commitment has been our challenge. Our promise has been and always be to only sell fresh and nothing that is more than 72 hours old. Most calls come thinking we are a retail store and they can come the same day. Unfortunately we cannot serve them because our Yummy Rabdi is prepared only when you order.
So how do we serve everyone this Diwali season, we asked. We will make few 1lb and 1.5lb trays available for daily same day orders. And ofcourse we will continue to take pre-orders as they come and fulfill them too. If no one calls for them in 72 hour period, we will set them aside and not sell them to keep our Fresh Quality promise.
Few reminders about our Yummy Rabdi
1. You get then in nice presentable trays. The weight of tray is not part of the total weight so when you order 1lb, you get 1lb without the tray weight.
2. You always get more, never less. And there is no charge for more, never.
3. Taxes are included in the prices, you do not have to pay anything extra.

It's our Diwali party at office today. Made some special coconut rasgulla rabdi for the team. While at it, made few extra trays of it and also of regular and sugar free too.

Our biggest disappointment at times? The calls to get Yummy Rabdi and us having to say no as it needs to be preordered. Sadly, that disappointment can be sensed in the voice of those who want it right away too.
But then, every now and then, we make extra. Yesterday was that day. Fresh batch is available for your enjoyment if you want some. We have them in half pound, 1lb, 1,5lb, and 2lb packaging. Want some today? Place your order today and get it today too.
