Master Fitness is a great step in the right direction but it can be difficult to get into and really is just the first step.

The Army Credentialling Assistance program will pay up to $4,000 per Soldier per year. All the major Strength and Conditioning cert and Nutrition certs are on the Army COOL list available to Soldiers.

All of our LifeFit students are awesome, but some deserve special recognition . This is Jarrett Helderman with the 384th MP CO Jarrett has been serving the Indiana National Guard for 7 years. His goals when coming to LifeFit were to lose Fat and make healthy lifestyle changes . From January to March Jarrett has lost a total of 16 lbs. He has lost 20 lbs of Fat mass and has put on 4 lbs of muscle mass. Jarrett is a LifeFit success story and wants to tell all future students to keep your mind strong, don’t quit on yourself, and Always #huntthegoodstuff Congratulations Jarrett !
