US Border Patrol RGV Sector

Make no mistake, our borders are closed and any attempt to enter illegally will be met with consequences.

Whatever amount of money you're offered to transport illegal aliens won't be enough to cover the consequences that follow.

Rio Grande City Border Patrol agents, with the assistance of our Texas DPS partners, recently seized five bundles of ma*****na totaling 113.5lbs from a failed smuggling attempt.

New tattoo idea: Arrested!
Another day, another gang member off our streets!

A smuggler led our agents in a vehicle pursuit, but his ambition to escape exceeded his driving abilities and resulted in his arrest and the seizure of 154lbs of ma*****na.

If you try running from the Border Patrol while attempting to smuggle, you'll get hit head-on with charges.

Agents at the Falfurrias checkpoint arrested the smugglers and turned the birds over to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

This fiscal year, eight aliens with prior convictions of s*x offenses involving children were arrested by RGV agents. The suspects were taken into custody shortly after reentering the U.S. All were charged under 8 USC 1326 and removed.
