What a blessings! .root 100 at the world famous ! So honored to be invited ❤️ I was geeking over MJ having performed here and was remembering all those late nights as a child where she got to stay up late to watch Showtime at The Apollo.

I also got to walk the carpet with my mentor the creator of the hair wrap & whose memoir I am honored to be writing 😬🫶🏾

Host was hilarious as always. From to - it was so inspiring to be in the presence of Black excellence and watch all the honorees accept their well deserved awards.

It’s and the memoir I love the most is the one I’m writing now for my hometown 👑 Charlene Carroll.

Being a ghost writer/ collaborative writer is harddddd fking work! To hold someone else truth and find a way to share it with the world in an authentic way is not easy! It takes patience, dedication, creativity and many hours creating pieces of time into a story.

Yesterday marked my last round with my writers workshop and I couldn’t have been any happier with the feedback!

Although the journey is not over, I look forward to the road ahead! Onward & Forward B!TCHES!😎

Ughhhh another memoir down! I held the book for a few minutes. I didn’t want to let your voice go. I felt so much healing of my own through the pages. Thank you 🫶🏾💛

I attended an eye opening workshop from led by the amazing and welcoming Kleaver Cruz facilitator of that has inspired and prepared me in this journey as a writer more than I’ve been able to do with the hours of Google and YouTube I’ve been doing.
