Daily Operations Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Bookkeeping (A/P and A/R)
Manage daily operations (Scheduling done by others)
General Office Admin
Permitting, DNR's, Inspections, NOC, NTO, COI, W-9
File maintenance
Order & maintain inventory
Occasionally run errands
Maintain company calendar

Required experience:
3+ years of experience in electrical/construction and management. Strong organizational skills, time management and people skills. Proficient in: Computers, Software/Apps, Quickbooks, Service Titan and MS Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills, both speaking & listening.

High degree of flexibility and multitasking ability. Excellent grammar and written composition. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Do NOT backfeed your generator. Backfeeding is the tying of a portable generator directly to your home's electrical panel instead of using a transfer switch. It is dangerous. It is often illegal. And it should never be attempted under any circumstance.

Backfeed creates a very dangerous, and potentially deadly, situation for lineworkers. If your generator isn't installed properly, the resulting backfeed of electric current could kill or severely injure a lineman working to restore your power.
