Custom Dual- Sided Brazing Cell. Includes a solder/flux paste mix dispenser with recipe controlled timing for accurate application. Fully adjustable flame control. Light curtains, water and air-cool. Hood and ventilation system.

Tip-Up Brazer. For very large coils with low numbers. Incorporates a lift and a shuttle torch system. Adjustable core height/width. Analog controlled gas system. Recipe controlled distance speed and time settings for maximum braze efficiency.

Auto Coil Brazer with all the bells and whistles:

1st, a Keyence vision system checks circuitry and compares it to the part # and recipe.

2nd, a Keyence 2d laser measures stick-out and core height. The elevating conveyor auto adjusts to correct height, and heat is changed according to stick-out.

3rd, after the braze-zone, a Fluke thermal camera checks heat zones and hot/cool spots. Then uses that data to adjust a few things:

A) Flame heat output with VFD controlled blower motors and analog controlled gas valves for torches and infrared heaters underneath to preheat the fins and prevent heat dissipation.

B) Torch width and angle with VFD/encoder position control.

C) Conveyor speed using VFD motor/encoder.

Then the core is sent through the cooling zone for operator pickup.

Flame-eye, exhaust vacuum and gas pressure safeties built-in.
