Rest day doesn't mean zero movement. I may not be running, but I'm still working on myself.
When I'm not running, or lifting, or being a mom, I'm sitting at a desk all day doing consulting. My body gets stiff.
As I'm about to take another trip around the sun, I'm reminded that a body at rest will remain at rest, and a body in motion will remain in motion....
