How is the bathroom tile/grout at your home or office looking?? This customer didn't think it needed a cleaning. We showed them otherwise.

We cleaned some commercial tile bathrooms over the weekend achieving great results!!
Our process was to apply our high pH tile cleaning solution, let dwell, agitation with a special tile brush attachment on a floor machine and then rinsing and extracting the tile/grout with our tile spinner hooked to our truck mounted carpet cleaning machine.

Before and after cleaning a 15 to 20 year old 100% nylon family room carpet. An area rug was laid a foot or so in front of the sofa creating the straight soil line. With our powerful truckmounted hot water/steam cleaning machines, the right solutions and some agitation we revived this carpet and gave it new life.

We often get asked if we clean area rugs. Yes we sure do! We clean more area rugs now more than ever with the trend to put hardwoods, LVP and or tile in rooms that were previously wall to wall carpeting.
** we use lower water pressure (the backing of the carpet won't get wet which prevents damage to flooring under the area rugs) as well as the proper cleaning solutions for both synthetic and wool area rugs**
