VA has announced a new form in the assumption process. The form will help Veterans understand the impact to entitlement.

Reminder the purchaser on a VA assumption does not have to be a Veteran and the seller can use their “bonus” entitlment for their next purchase. DM me if you need a hand doing the buying power calculation.
