Friends, It's true. For 21+ years, I've had an addition, and I do NOT intend to fight it.

After falling in love with math, and then coding that math with FORTRAN, and inside my HP 48CV calculator, I learned C, Basic, and even the first releases of C++ on my own and object oriented programming. So so so cool! I even learned AWK!

This was the beginning of my addiction. Math can be coded and automated - WOW!

Then, while learning a new advanced software package in 2000, I first heard of

✨ Python ✨

I came back home, loaded it, and my technical life was forever changed for the better.

I was in DISBELIEF. I felt like my mind had been uncaged. And Numpy and Visual Python? NO WAY!

Python has always been fast enough for me thanks to numpy and scipy.
