Matthew 2:1-12

I got lost when I lost sight of the star and started permutating. It’s so easy to do the maths in my head since that’s what I’ve spent most of my life doing as a physicist.
I lost focus and my friends and I went to Herod seeking direction, the direction only the star gives. We almost got deceived! We asked the right question but the wrong person 🤦‍♂️
Where is the King of the Jews? We saw His star and came to worship Him. Herod almost had us killed, but for the mercy of the Lord 🙏
We resolved not to stay or wait any longer, we traced back our steps and remembered what brought us this far, the Star ⭐️
Once we made up our minds, the star arose, we saw it and quickly left the hotel where Herod had lodged us, chasing the star until it led us to the baby. It led us to itself the bright and morning star. It led us because His mercy stands sure and never fails.
Who is the Star?
Micah, do not forget what brought you this far!
Do not lose sight of His word.
Do not lose sight of His promises.

Peep through the window and you will see it waiting for you to step out of your comfort zone and follow as you always do.
