Bloom Durham is a non-profit organization creating female-led community gardens in underprivileged neighborhoods of Durham, North Carolina.
We provide women and young girls in our communities with the opportunity and the resources to create community gardens that make a positive impact in their community. Our gardens not only beautify communities and serve as a resource in which to grow produce, but they are also opportunities for socioeconomic empowerment, leadership, and catharsis for the women of our community.
