When I started Tigress, I had no idea how popular cards would be. We started with just a small little card section with about six cards hidden in the corner. Then slowly overtime, my employees would mention that people were asking for more cards. Eventually, I created a card wall of carefully curated fun and funny greeting cards that I love. And often times people come in only to buy a card. I actually find that to be especially heartwarming, knowing that someone wants to send somebody a sweet note letting them know that they care. The card wall is just one example of the many ways that a small boutique listens to its customers and cares deeply about offering exactly what you’re looking for.
