📢 Governor Stein has officially proclaimed that June 20-26 will be recognized as "Refugees Welcome Week" in North Carolina! This initiative aims to celebrate the contributions of refugees to our communities and promote a culture of acceptance and support.

To commemorate this, various events and activities will be held to raise awareness of the challenges refugees face, including local film screenings on:

🎬Saturday, June 20, 2026, 1-2:30pm, Russell Memorial CME Church (703 S. Alston Ave., Durham, NC)
