👉🏻 specifically, in the context of healing from disordered eating

…and to be honest, i was pretty surprised and blown away by some of the results.

💚 what my research showed is that you CAN heal & build a healthy relationship with food while maintaining your plant-based lifestyle…

and that doing so can actually SUPPORT you in building long-term recovery & thriving mental wellness 🙏🏻✨

*the key is to use your plant-based values as a window into getting to know who you are & what is meaningful to you.
