Etude Training is coming to Gravity Lab next week Sept 29-30th. They’ll be offering a free strength training clinic on the 29th 6-7pm and also offering 1 on 1 training consults for a very reasonable $25 per session. Register and sign up at www.gravitylabclimbing.com in the “clinics and courses” section. Time to level up your climbing.

Our annual community comp is coming up this Saturday. To prepare we are closed Thursday at 6pm, all day Friday and Saturday 9am-2pm before the event. Hope to see you there.

Pure Force: foundational strength for climbers
Description: Building effective strength is a cornerstone of any training program. Strength enables better practice, makes you more durable, and addresses weak points in your climbing. In this practical workshop we’ll cover movement selection, proper rest, scheduling and more as we work through a strength session. We’ll cover key topics as we go so participants can both learn and apply the concepts.
Come ready to train and learn!
Participants will receive a 10% discount on a training block with Etude.
