Summer Camp off to a great start.
SUMMER CAMP started this week. Lots of fun, smiles, climbing and learning. We still have a few spots available coming up in the weeks ahead.

Fathers Day is coming up. We are collaborating with Lifeways Guides to offer a 2 day Gym to Crag Course for Dads and Kids. Learn alongside your child and book an experience for Fathers Day. Day 1 takes place at Gravity Lab and Day 2 at a local outdoor climbing area. Learn the skills to take your climbing outside.

Gravity Lab and Upending Parkinson’s is collaborating to offer an amazing opportunity for those living with Parkinson’s and their supporters. Climbing is an amazing therapeutic activity offering bi-lateral mind and body activation, mental focus, mindfulness and many other benefits. Research suggests it’s an effective complimentary activity to those living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s. Spread the word!!
