River Rodeo Committee produces a Wisconsin High School Rodeo Association sanctioned rodeo for participating contestants.
River Rodeo Committee was created and held its first WHSRA in May of 2004. The committee was created to allow for another rodeo in the yearly season to be put on by the families of the many Eastern Iowa kids that compete in Wisconsin for high school rodeo. What a beautiful afternoon to start our 22nd River Rodeo! It kicked off today with the Light Rifle and Trapshooting events. Tomorrow it starts at 10am and Sunday at 9am at the Dubuque County Fairgrounds, rain or shine! We’ll see you there!

The 22nd River Rodeo officially starts today with the trap and light rifle happening this afternoon at Izaak Walton in Peosta. The rest of the rodeo action will start tomorrow morning at 10 am. Don't forget to check out our food stand Saturday and Sunday where you can find a Runde Rodeo Burger and a Theisen's water! We'll see you there!

River Rodeo would like to thank sponsor R&W Transport. Family owned and operated R&W Transport is based out of Cascade, Iowa. They are a milk hauling company serving dairy producers in Iowa and Wisconsin.
