Drake House started after the owners stayed at a vacation rental property in California. The property was above a restaurant which allowed them to easily walk downstairs to get breakfast and coffee in the morning. They loved the idea and decided to bring it back to Dubuque with Charlotte's Coffee House and Drake House Properties! Our vacation rental properties were the first to appear in Dubuque and since then have gained one of the highest ratings! Our properties are located in the Millwork district right above Charlotte's.
