After a Reiki session, people often expect to feel instantly lighter, calmer, and more energized.

And often they do.

But occasionally, healing looks/feels different before its better.

Some individuals experience something called a Reiki healing crisis. This is a temporary period where the body, mind, and energy field begin releasing stored stress, suppressed emotions, and energetic patterns that are ready to move.

This can show up as fatigue, vivid dreams, emotional sensitivity, headaches, body aches, digestive changes, or a strong need for rest.

It can feel uncomfortable, but it doesn’t mean something is wrong, it may simply mean your system is processing, recalibrating, and creating space for healing.

Its Important to remember:

✨️ Every experience is unique.
✨️ Rest is productive.
✨️ Hydration matters.
✨️ Be gentle with yourself.
✨️ Trust your body’s wisdom.

It has been a JOURNEY (to say the least) manifesting this vision of creating a holistic and metaphysical wellness space into this physical reality. But damn, I'd be lying if I said it hasnt been a glorious one 🧡

Witnessing this studio space not only come together, but experiencing Phoenix (and myself) grow into it has been such a joyous and challenging adventure.

There has been many phases to this transformation so I figured sharing the most recent shapeshifting process would be kind of a treat ✌️😋

Its actually WILD how even the most minor additions and modifications can cultivate and amplify the most immaculate vibe shift.

I cant help but have a jovial sense of child-like wonder, curiosity, and a touch of delusional optimism for whats ahead 🤩

I know this business (and myself) will forever be a work in progress...but today... we celebrate our wins and what it took to achieve them 💪😎
