We have a new baby to introduce!

Wellogy’s new Matterport technology helps our teams capture existing conditions with greater clarity, accuracy, and efficiency. With a detailed digital scan, we can walk the site anytime, take measurements, confirm details, and share information across teams without always needing another trip back to the building.

It supports internal and external collaboration, creates more flexible asynchronous workflows, minimizes unnecessary site visits, and gives our designers a stronger foundation for BIM coordination in Revit.

We’re excited to put this new addition to work for our clients, partners, and project teams.

The result? Better information, better coordination, and more time focused on thoughtful design solutions for the people and places we serve. Curious how Matterport could support your next project? Give us a call!

The stories inside the library - Wellogy 04/24/2026

Some places tell the story of a town better than any landmark ever could.

In Canal Wi******er, the new Columbus Metropolitan Library feels like one of those places. Not just because of the books, the light, or the beautifully designed spaces, but because of the people who fill it. Grandparents and young children. Teens finding a place to belong. Families in motion. Neighbors in conversation. Quiet readers at rest.

Our latest blog explores how this library has already become more than a destination. It has become part of the daily life of the community in Canal Wi******er as a true third place: a setting where different generations, needs, and rhythms of life can coexist with ease. Through a series of observed moments, the story explores how design supports belonging, from story time and family connection to teen refuge, quiet study, and staff hospitality.

For growing communities, spaces like this matter. They help people feel connected to where they live and to one another. Read the blog here: https://www.wellogydesign.com/the-stories-inside-the-library/

Wellogy was the Local Architect, and Design Partnership was the Lead Architect. Also on the team- Advanced Engineering Consultants, Moody Engineering, Kabil Associates, and EDGE. Photography by Brad Feinknopf.

The stories inside the library - Wellogy More than a place for books, Canal Wi******er’s new library offers a welcoming space for learning, connection, and everyday community life.

Soni Ranjan is our Utah Market Lead and Interior Designer. She brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective to every project, blending experience in both interior design and product design with a strong understanding of building systems, code, accessibility, and the details that shape how spaces truly work. Her approach is flexible, analytical, and grounded in the belief that design should anticipate the unknown while creating environments that help people feel supported, included, and well. We’re so grateful for the curiosity, empathy, and creativity she brings to the work and to the team. Thanks Soni!

Ribbon-cutting day!
Today, Ohio State celebrates the opening of the Multispecies Animal Learning Complex (MALC) at Waterman, a hands-on hub designed to grow job-ready talent and bring modern animal agriculture into clear view for students, families, and the wider community.

Wellogy is proud to serve as Architect of Record for a place built around real outcomes: better learning, stronger outreach, and high-performing environments that support both animal care and daily operations. The complex brings swine, equine, poultry, goats, and sheep together in one integrated setting, so students can learn across disciplines, and visitors can experience how agriculture is evolving, right in the heart of Columbus.

Congrats to Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences and the full project team on a milestone day. Catch the Ohio State News story (links in comments).
