Here we will be giving a tutorial on how to put in a service request via the Loft Living portal when you need maintenance work done in your unit!
Here’s a pretty simple and easy step on how to put in a service request and how to select the categories to make sure you are putting in your service request to where maintenance can understand what’s going on in your unit.
Please reach out to the office for any further questions regarding putting in a service requests or access to the Loft Living portal and we will be happy to assist you further!
