Perry Home Renovations

More of the same... Can't wait to get away from drywall work for a few days. Starting to look like livable rooms though.

Some work from Frankfort today. Had to do a toilet fl**ge repair in a cast iron and concrete install. Then set the toilet, installed the vanity, faucet, drain, and sink. Caulked the corners and one edge of the shower. And installed a ceiling light fixture.

More staples in the woodwork around the windows. Took my Help a little over 3 hours to pull all the staples from around all the windows. Who does this?? More mudding, sanding, and priming. First coat of paint in the bathroom as well.

Mudding, sanding, and priming...

Some pics from today. Not sure if we're going to keep that entrance as is or not. But I wanted to clean it up a little and do some caulking before bad weather. Another window finished. And more drywall finishing.

The evolution of the octagonal window repair, rebuild, and install. Finished it up today.

Pressure washing today. Got a little cool once I was soaked.

A little of this and a little of that ...

Painted the inside of the front door. More drywall work and began getting the plumbing together for this shower.

Got the octagonal window ready to be reinstalled. However, I have to replace the brick moulding on the house first. That will likely be next week. Moving along on the next room and second bathroom.
