The AMD project topped out and RO Prime got to be there for it. 600 brisket tacos, 200 links, famous beans, rajas, mac and cheese, potato salad, and cookies for nearly 200 people who earn every bite.
These are the folks who show up every day and make things happen, and cooking for them is one of the best parts of what VBQ gets to do. Big thanks to the AMD team for having us out and making it such a great event. Can’t wait to do it again.

We’ve been chasing a rib walk here. 9th out of 127! We’re fired up about that 🙌

Didn’t hear our name in chicken or brisket this year after getting both calls last year, but we were really happy with our turn-ins and had a great time all weekend. That’s BBQ.
