S*xual health is often pushed aside during breast cancer treatment.
Libido changes. Pain. Vaginal dryness. Disconnection. Grief.
And too many people are told to just be grateful to survive.
That ends now.
Your pleasure, comfort, intimacy, and sense of self still matter — during treatment and after.
This Galentine’s event is a space to talk openly about sexual health, learn what’s normal (and what’s not), and get tools that actually help.

Intrusive thoughts during “sexy time” are way more common than you think.Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, stress, and even simple overthinking can yank you right out of your body and into your head.
If this happens to you, you’re not broken. You’re human. And your nervous system is asking for a little safety + grounding before pleasure.
✨ Push pause on the experience, take a few breaths, orient yourself to your surroundings, check in with your body - is it saying yes to the experience? Do you need to stop? Do you need to talk through this with your partner?
Pausing is ok; stopping is ok.

We talk a lot about “yes” and “no,” but the truth is: healthy consent also makes room for “maybe.”
“Maybe” can mean I need more information, I need more time, or I’m not sure yet.
Creating space for that middle ground is what builds trust, safety, and connection. 🤍
Consent Cont’d: Have you ever paid attention to what a “yes” feels like in your body?
Therapists go to therapy, too.
Not because we’re broken…
but because we’re humans who want to show up regulated, grounded, and ready to hold space.
We can’t pour from an empty nervous system.
(Trust me, I’ve tried.)

If picking a l**e feels like sorting “good witch” from “bad witch,” you’re not wrong — some ingredients really are out to cause chaos. 😅
Here’s your Wicked-quick guide:
💧 High osmolality? Nope. That’s the “melts your tissues like water on a witch” energy. Look for low osmolality/iso-osmotic.⚖️ Wrong pH? Expect the burning. And not the fun kind.🍬 Sugars? Great for cupcakes, terrible for vulvas. Yeast loves it.
My go-to l**e recs (the ones that have your back, FOR GOOD)
✨ Good Clean Love✨ Hydra✨ Pjur Aqua✨ Coconu✨ Uberl**e
Your pleasure deserves better than mystery ingredients and irritation.Save this for your next l**e run ✨UT + TN: S*xual health support + clinical care available
