This year we are proud to announce the 2023 Richard Rawle Memorial Scholarship winner is Sojung Bok! Sojung Bok actively contributes to her community by serving on the Utah State Board of Education Student Advisory Council, passing a bill to provide free period products in schools, and improving mental health training for educators. Sojung also organized the Washington County Flea Market, raising funds for the Utah Food Bank. She is a remarkable example of self-motivated community service and we are excited to have Sojung as our winner this year!
