😈Devil’s Kitchen = Hoodoo Heaven😇

💡If you’re looking for a free and low-key adventure on a summer afternoon, this is it.

✅ Devil’s Kitchen is a rock formation, often referred to as “Mini Bryce Canyon,” and it’s only 1.5 hours from Salt Lake City (instead of the 4 hours that Bryce Canyon is from SLC!).

🚶‍♀️This isn’t much of a hike (or even a walk). This viewpoint (found along the Nebo Loop) is a 2 minute, flat, paved trail.

🧺 Pack a lunch, if you’re up for it. There are picnic areas with tables and grills at this stop.

😍I died! Not only was the drive here incredible—SO GREEN AND SO MANY WILDFLOWERS— but this state park has everything!

Sorry, but if I’m camping, I need more than a tent.⛺️I also need a general store with Diet Coke, and a rental shop so I don’t have to haul a ton of equipment. And ice cream.🍨I need that too.

🛏️Yurts, cabins, Conestoga wagons, a cottage? Come on. Doesn’t get cuter than that!

🧺Ample covered picnic tables and grills, non-stinky, flushing toilets and showers; literally everything you need for a great summer trip!

🏊‍♂️ Not shown in this reel, but you can also hit up the outdoor Olympic Pool and Indoor Pool. They’ve got some slides, climbing walls, and diving boards/platforms. It might be a good way to spend some time if you’ve got small kids.

🦦I personally love tubing the river first for several hours and then relaxing in the oh, so hot springs! Plenty to do here…that’s for sure!
