NEXA EAM leaders Adele Farrell, Laura Himmelreich, and Candalee Alicea, SHRM-CP attended the Women in Leadership Luncheon hosted by the Irish American Business Chamber & Network, Inc. - IABCN. This was a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with guest speaker Kathleen Fanning PCC CPQC, and to connect with a group of accomplished female leaders. Kathleen shared valuable insights and offered practical support on effectively managing stress and preventing workplace burnout.

NEXA EAM is delighted to announce that Dillon Bharrat has been presented with the 2023 - "LEADER OF THE YEAR" award for NEXA U.S. Dillon, who was NEXA’s first full-time employee in the U.S., has consistently excelled since joining the company. Notably, Dillon was selected as our inaugural "Employee of the Year" in 2018. This year, he has achieved another accolade in recognition of his outstanding leadership abilities, which was voted on by his peers. Congratulations Dillon for all the hard work and dedication you have shown over the past 6 years, and continue to demonstrate daily!
