We had the pleasure of celebrating Matthew’s wife on her birthday with a private dining experience built around great food, meaningful conversation, and time together around the table.

We opened with a burrata salad with ripe tomatoes, basil, extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic, followed by Thai Coconut Curry with pan-seared marinated chicken breast, bok choy and noodles. Globally inspired flavors, served with the kind of Southern hospitality that makes a celebration feel personal.

Sunday in Oak Island. 🧡

One of my favorite moments from the evening: presenting our Southern Peach & Tomato Tartlet — whipped feta, fresh basil, balsamic reduction and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil.
