Rosecut diamonds have a way of slowing time.
Their broad, open facets gather light softly, like moonlight on water or sunlight through a window at golden hour. With more of the diamond visible and less hidden beneath the surface, they invite you deeper into their world, revealing every silvery flash, every dreamy reflection.
There’s something wonderfully timeless about a rosecut diamond.

Their custom engagement ring was inspired by the ginkgo trees on the campus where they first met.
Ancient and enduring, ginkgos are like quiet witnesses to time, memory, and resilience. It feels like such a beautiful symbol for a partnership and the life they are building together.
We carried that feeling into the ring through soft organic textures inspired by antlers, as though the band had been shaped slowly by the landscape itself.
The art of comfort is something I think about deeply when designing a ring.
Not just how it looks, but how it feels to live with.
Soft edges. Gentle balance. Harmony against the skin.
A buttery smoothness that becomes part of your body rather than sitting on top of it.
The quiet luxury of a ring is often in the details you don’t immediately see, the softened contours, the weight, the way light moves across a surface designed to feel calm and effortless in motion.
Jewelry should feel embodied. Like it belongs to you instantly.
Stepping into painting or drawing may take hours, moments or daydreams. But when you finally arrive at a state that synchronizes your quiet mind, slow breath and relaxed body, you are connecting with flow. This is a grateful state of joy and peace. No chatter. Embracing the oops and naming it the perfect imperfections because it’s natural. I love to see the graphite strength ebb, the watercolor to puddle and the markers to layer. This is what I share with you.
A quiet, sunlit moment the day after a Design Ceremony with clients filled with smiles, ideas, and unfolding dreams.
This video captures the moment their ring is drawn and painted as a keepsake, a beginning they can hold onto.
A love of orchids became the primary inspiration behind the design for this symbol of their love story. When every detail, from the shape of the petals, the bud formation, and leaf shape, were thoughtfully and intentionally guiding us throughout the design ceremony, their ring began to bloom. Set with alexandrites and a champagne diamond in a rich sculptural gold, this ring becomes an heirloom to treasure forever.
This ring doesn’t begin in a display case… it begins here.
In movement, in marks, in the unfolding of your story through my hands.
What you wear is more than a ring, it’s a reflection of your connection, your essence, something deeply your own.
And the painting you receive is the first moment it came to life.
Their love feels like blooming orchids…
rooted, vivid, and deeply attuned to nature.
Drawn together by that quiet connection,
their engagement ring echoes the bloom
delicate, intentional, alive in every detail.
Like the orchid itself,
it asks for patience, for presence,
for a steady rhythm of care and appreciation.
And in that tending,
something rare unfolds
a love that continues to bloom.

Being chosen feels like a quiet honor, an interview not just of skill, but of trust.
A collector of meaningful pieces, a traveler of places and stories, she came to reimagine her engagement and wedding rings for her anniversary.
To be invited into something so personal, to create a symbol that will hold her story, is something I don’t take lightly.
