Thanks to our partnership with AT&T, 100 students in need have just received free laptops at United Way of Danville Area Inc. These tools will help open doors to education and opportunity.

The laptops have a two year warranty. The students who received a laptop also got a lifetime membership to Microsoft, giving them access to Word, PowerPoint, and other platforms they will need for school.

At the 15th Annual Take Flight College Send-Off with the , 210 college-bound freshmen received essential resources they needed to take off toward their future, including laptops provided by Compudopt in partnership with . 💻

“Digital access opens a world of opportunities for education, social connection, and economic growth, and it all starts with a computer,” said Megan Steckly, Compudopt CEO. “We can’t wait to see all of these young adults thrive.”

Our programs team went to a local office, where 18 volunteers packed 250 Tech Ed kits to be used this summer.

We joined forces with the Chicago Housing Authority to distribute 89 computers to residents, but that wasn’t all.

Local organizations came together to create a one-stop shop for needed resources and opportunities.

We love hosting or collaborating on distributions to be part of events that impact communities beyond the screen 💙

Our team attended the Champions for a Cause Nonprofit Fair last month and had the opportunity to connect with other local nonprofits. We heard from a wonderful panel about the challenges of nonprofit work and strategies to overcome them.

We are grateful to grow with Chamber630 and strengthen DuPage County by being immersed in the community we serve.

Another day, another computer distribution!

We partnered with ABE-LINC and Chicago State University to distribute nearly 100 computers to graduates of their Digital Navigation Program, helping them stay connected and continue their digital journeys.
