𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲?
"I was an athlete my entire life (field hockey, softball, basketball, lacrosse) and joined my first CrossFit gym in 2013. I’ve been off and on with CrossFit for years and I think it’s because I never felt super comfortable wherever I was. Sure I had nice coaches and friendly members, but they just don’t compare to the atmosphere that EverProven has.
It is truly like a little family and I love that I am apart of it. When I first started, I was welcomed with smiles and most of all, so much encouragement. I was extremely nervous to start working out again because I had an emergency C-section, but some of the coaches are mothers who also had C-sections and they helped me modify so many movements.
I had never felt so comfortable challenging my body after what I had been through emotionally and physically. When new parents say “it takes a village”, it really does and EverProven is one of my own villages. I’m so grateful."

We’re opening a new small group. Monday and Thursday mornings. Built for adults who want to support and improve their sport. (Looking at you golfers, tennis players, and other adult athletes out there)

Claflin Strength Academy is specifically designed to give young athletes a competitive edge through a focus on core strength and conditioning principles. Our program delivers tangible results that directly enhance performance in their chosen sport.
What We Offer:
1. 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 (Core Lifts): Athletes will master the squat, bench press, and deadlift—the essential movements for total-body strength and power development.
2. 𝗢𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀: We safely introduce the clean and sn**ch using a progression-based method. These explosive lifts are unparalleled for developing speed, power, and coordination.
3. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗺 (Conditioning): Our training extends beyond weights to include work on strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance, ensuring the development of a well-rounded athlete.

Happy Friday, everyone! Time for 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆—our favorite day of the week to step back and celebrate our incredible community!
This past week, we received a message that perfectly encapsulates the spirit of our gym. One of our members shared:
