Offers private Hot Air Balloon flights over the central MI area nearly every day, winds permitting. The flight can last as long as possible!
Captain Doug Schmidt has been a certified commercial and private pilot since 1982. Flights go up just before sunrise or 3-4 hours before sunset. The wind predicts and controls our safety but a ride will typically last between 1 hour and 1.5 hours. Unfortunately much like the weather there are no guarantees but we will stay up as long as possible for each and every flight. The entire event with set
Surprisingly as beautiful as it was this morning it was too windy fly. When asked, Doug responded "do u want to end up in the UP?!"
The conditions for the evening did improve....so nice!
It's a beautiful ride in the winter and now that the holidays are over its back to business! Whew! 1 hour of serenity sounds good right now.

Just booked a last minute flight tomorrow for an awesome couple's 18th anniversary. Weather looks perfect and we are taking off from a awesome location! Can't wait!
