Come join me for an evening of rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with yourself through meditation, sound healing, and Reiki. 🤍
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind, ground into the present moment, and set an intention for the evening.
Then we’ll move into crystal bowl sound healing, allowing the soothing sounds and vibrations to create a peaceful space to simply relax and receive. ✨
We’ll close with a mini Reiki session for everyone who is open to receive—a gentle opportunity to simply be, breathe, and allow yourself to receive. 🤍
