New promos for the incomparable . I finally got to shoot her sparkliest costume! Some things I'd do differently to refine the light next time (wink, wink, Leena 😋), but I'm chuffed by the rhinestones throwing light everywhere. Nearly as dazzling as the subject.

Made some prints of this old-school Hollywood portrait featuring the stellar . They're available at the Michigan Burlesque Festival, along with performances from a bevy of badass women, tonight at the Tangent Gallery.

Lights on. Made these images of wearing makeup by .stack after dark in a tree one block from my apartment. Portable flashes and strong collaborators equal magic.

Second result from working with and .stack. These shots have a curious quality to their light which lets me edit them individually to look like daylight or nighttime. It's odd, and it's taking me ages to get through the edits, but I'm getting there.

Just finished some repairs on one of my cameras. This one is a little smaller than the rest.

First finalized image from a collaboration with dark elf Adessa Morciglio and makeup goddess Tralee Stack. Sneaked in this shot by skipping the main light and using a gelled flash for rim light. Important to use each source individually to see what its effects on the overall picture can be. Sometimes, unusually beautiful stuff like this is just a switched-off light away.
