LuxExchange Our store is dedicated to authentic resale of top luxury goods, with brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Chanel, Hermes, and more!

In addition, we seek to buy and consign authentic pre-owned luxury goods that fit our niche at a fair market value. We focus on items in gently used, like new, or new condition, with no significant defects. If an item has been repaired, it must have been done so at a factory authorized repair center. We are selective in the designers we buy and sell and generally do not focus on designers that hav

PRICING AND DISCOUNTING
Lux Exchange will determine prices based on comparable prices for bags of same or similar style and condition. If a specific minimum price is required by Consignor this must be stated in the list of items below. If this specified price results in the failure of an item to sell after 3 attempts on eBay, a $60 transaction fee will be charged.

-Items may be discounted following this discounting schedule:
-If unsold after 30 days items will be priced at 10% off
-If unsold after 60 days items will be priced at 20% off
-If unsold after 90 days items will be priced at 30% off

AUTHENTICITY
Consigner attests to the authenticity of all agreed upon items, and has not knowingly requested the resale of counterfeit goods. Item deemed to be counterfeits will either be returned to Consignor for a $25 authentication and shipping fee, or discarded. PREMATURE RETURN OF ITEM
If Consignor decides to terminate the agreement early a $25 shipping and handling fee will apply per item, if applicable. SHIPPING
If Consignor is unable to drop off items to the LuxExchange location, consignor will be reimbursed for any shipping fees incurred for shipping your items to us. PAYMENT
Consignors are paid by check after their items are sold and payment has cleared. Checks are typically written the first of every month. LuxExchange will provide the Consignor with detailed invoicing of all asscociated fees and accounting records pertaining to Consignors account. LOSS OR DAMAGE INSURANCE
Consignor will ensure that consignment items are insured from all risks of fire, theft, flood, accidental damage or breakage, any acts of nature resultin or any damage to the property until agreed-upon items are delivered to LuxExchange at the contracted shipping address. Upon delivery, Lux Exchange will be fully responsible for said items until they're delivery at the confirmed addresses of thei respective eBay auction buyers or nstoe purchasers. OWNERSHIP
Consignor attests that they have legal title to and are in legal possession of all items and that which LuxExchange is to sell at auction. TIER-PAYOUTS
We strive very hard to get our consignors the most for the items. We use our showroom, eBay store and coming soon; our website, to display and sell items quickly. We DO NOT use the traditional method of 50/50 split on each item. The higher your item sells for more ny the cosigner receives. All items under $2000.00, the consignor receives 60% of final sale. Over 2,001.00 The consignor receives 70% of the final sale.
