Vox Infinitus Presents - "Rhapsody" | Vox Infinitus Join Vox Infinitus as they present "Rhapsody," an enthusiastic expression of musical artistry, joined by special guests Remedy, 3 Souls, and Tapestry.

They came and we sang (A LOT!)
We started learning new music!! (We have a-freaking-mazing songs in the pipeline…)
We laughed, planned and loved on each other! Looking forward to our summer together and the times in between while we’re apart. Here are some of the (what we think are hilarious) things that were said during our retreat rehearsals:
“You’re living in thin”
“We’re just sitting here waiting for you to honk us”
“I’m proving myself to be a liar!”
“This isn’t a retreat, it’s a survival experience”
“Let me rub you harder”
“We are the best quartet…in this house”
“Worry ‘bout yo’ self!”
“Unfortunately, you have to be in charge of both those…”
“That high?!”
“Do you want me to call an engineer?”

One thing we know is true: We love each other and we love singing together!
Can’t wait to share music with everyone starting in May!!

Show day!! From the chorus doing a tech rehearsal …complete with Franklin, the venue’s adorable mascot / namesake, making his stage debut …to a successful chorus show!…to Remedy’s performance, opening the second half of the show…to our after party performance, featuring our bass, of our bari’s newest arrangement —Survivor…to the never-before seen experience of Remedy being among the last group standing! (Yes, we know it was only shortly after 7…pm)…all in all a great day of music and friendship!

Countdown to our Chapter Show! Come see (and yours truly) this Saturday at 3:00– Franklin Junior High! (We’re practicing our baddie faces for one of our songs— still have some work to do there!)

This deserves three separate posts, but nonetheless…Remedy had an awesome Saturday at BHS Central States District‘s Iowa Harmony Clinic. Three hours of world class coaching, with Rik Johnson, Rich Knight, and Darin Drown!! Thanks to Duane Lawson and CSD for putting on this event!

This week’s Farmer’s Market tour dates…Tuesday we will be in Adel and Thursday back to Valley Junction! Hope to see you there.
