Happy New Year friends!!!! We are praying that this new year brings you all the you and happiness you could imagine!

Spent a couple action packed days in Dallas Texas planning and evaluating all that is the F4 Foundation! Thank you Billy & Susan Cox for your hospitality and friendship. Get ready friends, we are about to "Do Something!"

Nothing Hidden is a new organization that helps parents support teens suffering with mental health conditions.
After years of trying therapy, counseling, treatment centers, medication, and supplements to help our daughter’s battle with clinical anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, nothing was working. It was only getting worse. Unfortunately, our beauty gave up, tragically ending her own life because she’d had such a long, painful journey that she just couldn’t believe in a positive outcome.

Just days after the death of Bella, in the summer of 2019, we said:
“If the death of our precious girl can be used by God to save the lives of teens battling mental health conditions, we cannot be silent.”
We now want to share what we discovered and learned through our journey.

NH welcomes conversations about anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, substance abuse, and hopelessness along with providing resources and parent support around ways to:
• Recognize the signs of mental health conditions early on.
• Determine next steps to take.
• Love, support, and care for their child.
• Restore damaged relationships at home.
• Find God in the process.

Happy Friday friends. In the midst of these challenging times, what is something you are thankful for today? Today, I am thankful for my family. I know that we will likely never ever again have the opportunity to spend this much time together. Soon, we will go back to work and life will have some kind of new normal. The Corona pandemic has affected more than 180 countries around the world. Maybe tonight, select a country and take a moment to pray for those who are trying to make it through these tough times.
