LBS

Celebrating the September work anniversaries of our employee-owners and the experience, talent and know-how they bring to LBS. Thank you for the years you’ve shared with us and for all you contribute along the way. Here’s to another year.

Our team had great few days at The ESOP Association’s Midwest Regional Conference!
We enjoyed connecting with fellow employee-owners, learning from others across the ESOP community, and sharing ideas and experiences along the way. A big shoutout to the Iowa/Nebraska Chapter of The ESOP Association for hosting right here in Des Moines and bringing the employee ownership community together. Thanks for a great conference!

LBS offers reinforcing materials for a wide range of binding styles, with many options in stock and ready to ship. Need something specific? We can slit and rewind material to the widths and roll configurations you need. That means you can source the material and get it converted through one partner, with less work between you and application-ready material. Get a quote: https://www.lbsbind.com/request/

Annual LBS Iowa / Iowa State tailgate event. So much fun!

We’ll be closed Monday, September 7, for Labor Day, a holiday that celebrates the hard work and contributions of American workers. We’re grateful for our employee-owners and the dedication they bring to LBS every day. Wishing you a happy and safe holiday weekend!

Every employee-owner plays an important role in making LBS what it is. Different roles, different experiences, and different journeys, but one shared commitment to our company and to each other.

Happy anniversary to our five August honorees! We’re grateful for the time, talent, and ownership you bring to LBS every day.

Last week, we celebrated 30 employee-owners who were nominated for making an IMPACT by living our core values and helping make LBS a safer place. Congratulations to Tom, our Core Values winner, and Ian, our Safety Award winner! And thank you to everyone who stepped up, went the extra mile, made a difference, and showed what employee ownership looks like in action.

We’re proud to be an ESOP, and even prouder of our people who make an IMPACT every day.

This month we're celebrating the work anniversary of Charlie and Kate. We appreciate you both so much, thank you for all that you do for LBS!

If your next hardcover project requires a high density board, LBS has 98pt PRIMEONE® HD board in stock and ready to help keep your production moving. It's also commonly referred to as spineboard because many binderies use it for spine construction, but it's equally well suited for any application requiring a higher density board.
