Our chapter stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. As individuals working to make the world a better place, it is our responsibility to condemn racism and police brutality in all forms. Our thoughts go out to the Black community and to the family of George Floyd. For individuals looking to take tangible action, visit https://blacklivesmatter.carrd.co/

Our next Brother of the Week is Ritika Ravichandar. Ritika has a major in Psychology, minor in Data Analytics, and a concentration in Human Resource Management. Ritika pledged APO fall 2019 from a friends recommendation As well as she wanted to continue doing service in college.
Her favorite part of APO is hanging out with fellow brothers at fellowship events, as well as with her APO family, the Whales. Outside of APO Ritika likes hanging out with her friends, reading, and painting.
A fun fact about Ritika is that she lived in India for a year during 2nd grade!

Our first Brother of the Week is Mimi Amadei. Mimi is an International Relations major with minors in Arabic, Psychology, and Sociology. Mimi pledged for APO in the fall and got involved with APO because service has always been an integral part of her life. She didn’t want that to stop just because she was headed to college.
Mimi loves getting involved with the community and having the ability to meet and help those in the community, such as IMPACT. She enjoys being a part of a community of brothers who share some of the same values as herself.
A fun fact about Mimi is that she has never had Skittles or Jolly Ranchers.
