At Community Housing Initiatives, we believe affordable housing should be thoughtful, functional, and designed with dignity in mind.

We’re grateful for partners like ASK Studio and their commitment to creating housing that serves people well, regardless of income level. ASK Studio has completed 53 projects with CHI over the past 20 years in Iowa. Additionally, more than 6,000 residences, including over 4,500 affordable homes and 90 LIHTC projects, have been completed with other partners across the Midwest.

The Roosevelt Apartments by CHI are one example of this impactful partnership, bringing together innovative design, functionality, and quality affordable housing for the community.

ASK Studio ended the week with lunch and a visit to a project nearing completion. Architect Patrick Denahey toured us through the work on Greenbelt Landing for the community of Clive. ASK Studio's contribution to this awesome park enhancement project includes major improvements to the community center and a new performance stage. We appreciate being part of the team.
