Stoik Body Company
More than bodywork—it’s a way of life. Stoik Body Co. fuses Stoic values with massage, exercise & apparel to help you recover, grow, and live with discipline.
We wear the Code & Live the Standard.
The Saturday program. October edition.
Rake, bag, haul, hang, carve. Your weekend is a training day whether you planned it or not.
Hinge at the hips. Keep the bag close. Let somebody else take the ladder.

Plan to win.
Meet day is a few minutes on a platform. The plan is everything before it: the training, the recovery, the sleep, the reps nobody sees.
That's Rule V of the Stoik Code.
Start with a free consult. Goals, a movement check, and a plan of action. Link in bio.
This is Team Stoik. Some of them on a stage, all of them in here.
If you train with us or get on our massage table, you're on the team.
Rule IV of the Stoik Code: Elevate the standard. The people around you set it.
The next Women's Barbell Classic, put on by Raise the Bar Initiative, is April 24 in Clive. Come train for it with us. Link in bio.
The deadlift is picking things up off the floor. That's all it is.
Groceries. Laundry. The dog food. The grandkids. You already do it every day. We coach you to do it strong.
Rule III of the Stoik Code: Lead with intention. Know what you're training for.
Coached one on one. Link in bio.
The marks fade. The work stays.
Cups and scraping are included whenever they help. No add on, no upcharge.
Rule II of the Stoik Code: Honor the reps. You put in the work under the bar, we put in the work on the table.
Evenings and weekends open. Link in bio.

Welcome to the Stoik team, Kayara Hartfield
We’re excited to have Kayara joining us as a Stoik Ambassador and even more excited about what this program represents.
Stoik has always been about more than what happens inside our walls. We want to build a community around people who raise the standard, honor the reps, lead with intention, and endure with purpose.
People who are committed to getting better and helping the people around them do the same.
We’re looking forward to getting more involved in our community, supporting local athletes, and connecting with people who embody what the Stoik Code is all about.
Welcome to the team, Kayara.

Discipline builds freedom.
Not the freedom to skip leg day. The freedom to carry every grocery bag in one trip, get up off the floor without a sound, and still feel good on Friday.
Rule I of the Stoik Code: Endure with purpose. The set and the reset both count.
89 days left in the year that’s plenty of time to start building a new habit before January.
Consistency keys → frequency, intention + habit stacking. Make the choice often enough that it starts becoming automatic.
Habits I’ve built → workouts most days, grocery shopping every Sunday + making extra dinner for lunch the next day
Working on → audiobooks instead of always choosing music
Tell me yours 👇 What habits are you building? What’s worked for you and what hasn’t?

Day fifteen.
Two weeks ago we asked whether your ankles match.
A lot of you measured, a lot of you commented ANKLE, and a lot of you got the fix. Three moves, two weeks. Today is the checkpoint, not the finish line.
Same wall. Same ruler. Same foot, heel down. Write the new number next to the old one.
If the gap closed, keep going, you've got the hang of this. If it moved a little, that's normal at two weeks. The research says most of the change shows up between weeks three and eight, so stay on it. If it didn't move at all, the restriction probably isn't where you assumed it was, and that is exactly what an assessment is for.
Never did the ankle test? It's on the website, along with the reach test from yesterday. The whole thing is at stoikbodycompany.com/education. Test no. 3 is coming.
Comment REACH. Your arms will get overhead. The question is what your back did to help.
The test is in the slides. Two minutes, a wall, nothing else. Back against it, low back flat, reach up with the backs of your hands. The thing that matters is whether your low back stayed on the wall.
If it lifted off to get you there, the range came from your spine, not your shoulders. Almost everybody cheats this one and nobody feels it happen.
Came up short? Comment REACH and we'll send you the fix. Three moves, two weeks, check again.
This is test no. 2. A new one lands every few weeks, so do this one and watch for the next. Send it to whoever lifts overhead.
