Hey all my Arizona folks, 2440 Patio Smoker for sale. Never had a fire in it. Comes with the outlaw patio cover, upgraded heavy rod cooking grates, stainless steel firebox cap and a stainless steel water pan. New these cost 4500 plus shipping and then the $775 in upgrades. It’s about a year and a half old, so will need a lil cleaning, just don’t have the time to do much cooking with fire right now.

Des Moines, it’s been fun for now! As I get a jumpstart on the next part of Jen & my life by heading to Phoenix to start my new position tomorrow. After about 40 years of living in central Iowa, this will be a huge change for us. So thankful for all of the friends that we have and will be moving away from. We will miss you all! Here’s to trying all of the new foods that Arizona has!

Little late in the day, but wanted to wish my beautiful wife, a happy 14th Anniversary! I’m blessed to have such an amazing and supportive person as my best friend and wife! Thanks for supporting my love of bbq…I told you I wouldn’t start golfing or fishing…never said anything about bbq! Here’s to the rest of our lives, I’m blessed to spend the years with you!

Yall, I’m selling my never had a fire in it Patio smoker. It’s 24x42 and has an insulated box. These Outlaws are killing it on the comp circuits. I got it late last spring, brought it home and just never got around to firing it up. Asking $4500 for it, it has upgraded round bar grates, stainless firebox cap and the cover. This would cost close to $6000 if you were to get it from a dealer after these@upgrades, tax and freight. Let me know if you have any questions. Might be willing to trade for a real clean cabinet or direct heat cooker.

Having some really good friends coming over tonight for a special dinner! Tonight’s menu! gold grade ribeye filet, .campogrande iberico pork secreto and some a A5 striploin! I think we’re gonna have an amazing tasting menu tonight!



What would you most be excited to eat?

Last nights dinner did not suck at all! Grilled up some prime NY Strips that had flavor!!! Tried out that Carvers Prime and then grilled over some Premium on the Kettle. As always, love serving on my and slicing em up with my custom blade! Thanks for following along yall! I’m getting back into the swing of things in the house and should be getting more cooks soon!

Wow, what a Saturday! I was blessed to be asked to be a vendor and serve samples for the first ever GrillFest. It was an absolutely perfect day, outside of too windy for me to get the Santa Maria fired up. We served around 750 samples of Korean short ribs, smoked pork loin, brisket style pork belly (I hate calling it that) and 35 pounds of smoked chicken wings. With all that meat, I got Millie, my loaded down and she handled the wind beautifully! I was so lucky and blessed that my much better half, did so much of my paperwork beforehand and then came and helped our daughter, serve all those folks and were amazing ambassadors for CubbieHawkBBQ! My buddy Bobby came and helped me keep the fire going and helped season and sauce and slice everything! I learned a lot and can’t wait to take everything and keep improving for my next event! Thanks again to all who came out and tried all my samples and for all the feedback! Also, a special thanks to and for having me on & to talk about my bbq journey! I truly appreciate it.
