🎉Today marks 1 year since our very first OISHII RAMEN pop-up!
When we started OISHII RAMEN, we didn’t know what to expect. We asked ourselves: do people in Des Moines even want ramen? Let’s just try it out. We were anxious to hear what people thought of our ramen but were overwhelmed with such positive responses! People kept coming back every time we had a pop-up and many people shared with us how excited they were to have the OISHII RAMEN experience. You guys really keep us going. In one year, we have spent countless hours in the kitchen, testing ramen, creating media, hosting 8 pop-ups, and serving thousands of bowls to Des Moines. We thank our friends and the OISHII RAMEN team for all of the hours they have contributed to support our dream. We also thank our loyal OISHII fans who have come to support in many ways. OISHII RAMEN would not be here with you all. Happy 1 year!

Thank you all so much for coming to our Riverwalk Event at Friday night! Many of you waited for a long time and we thank you so much for your patience. Everyone was so understanding that we are not a full operating restaurant, training new staff, and overall just so kind to us as we worked hard to get all our orders out! We hope everyone enjoyed their ramen and if you haven’t tried yet…
